Milkshake was founded by Andrew Peck with the philosophy that strong creative and good strategy is the underlying force behind the success of any initiative. For nearly two decades Andrew has solved marketing challenges through an understanding of business principles, popular culture, concept development, technology and customer service. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Ottawa and has applied his skills as a creative director, entrepreneur, consultant, senior manager and active community participant. His experience is rooted in small and medium sized businesses, start-ups, social enterprise, arts and entertainment, retail marketing and issue-based communications including public health, international development and politics.

Specializing in branding, creative, strategy and social marketing, Andrew has a lifetime of experience working in the public domain and has provided expertise on hundreds of projects for businesses and organizations throughout Canada. His entrepreneurial approach is founded on realistic objectives, an appreciation of important cultural trends and the ability to deliver results that are memorable and unique.
